Ingredients:
4 oz. Marg.
4 oz. any sort of sugar
2 small eggs, pullets.
6 oz flour.
1 teasp. Substitute lemon or orange juice
1 large peeled cooking apple, chopped
1 jar, any kind of mincemeat. (Obtained from the WI).
1 2pt. Pudding Basin.
