Financial Update

Income for March included Votives of £50.24, Investment income amounting to £302.79 and a donation from Burton Properties Limited in appreciation of St. George's allowing them the use of the Church recently.

Wednesday Coffee monies have paid £75 to the Church Hall and £50 has been paid to purchase raffle tickets for the fete. Capitation fee of £60 has also been paid. £160.80 was paid to the Bible Reading Fellowship.

The March Parish Share was paid a little lower than budgeted at £3,000 as cashflow appeared to be a little tight and this shortfall will be made up over the coming months.

Donations for March's retiring collection to the Bishop's Lent Appeal continue to be received and at the end of March £136.71 sent to the Appeal. The balance should be paid towards the end of April when it is envisaged that all donations should have been received by then.

The APCM on 9th April went very well with no questions forthcoming. If you do have any questions regarding the Accounts then please feel free to see me.

The monthly Finance Report which appears on the Notice Board has changed in format. This is the budgeted report produced by computer and unfortunately takes up 4 pages rather than just one. The breakdown for each section is more precise and will now cover individual subjects. If any more information is required, please feel free to ask and I will endeavour to help.
