Film Club

St George’s Film Club is up and running with an average of 12 viewers each month. The films the club has chosen so far include Rebecca, Sense and Sensibility, Dances with Wolves, Casablanca, Titanic, Jesus of Nazareth part 1 and Gosford Park. Members pay £1 to belong, then £1 to view which includes tea or coffee and biscuits. There is a list where members record their wishes for the coming months. In May (7th) the film will be Amazing Grace, the life story of William Wilberforce. In June we are hoping to screen the Sing-along version of The Sound of Music as part of The Waterlooville Music festival events.

We welcome new members or occasional visitors who may just want to pop in to see a particular film.
