COME SING THE SHOWS

Waterlooville Music Festival has chosen a different track this year for it’s scratch performance. Since it’s inception the Festival has asked singers from all over the area to come and sing in a classical  concert. This year we have chosen four popular shows and will provide the music, all we need is for the same large, enthusiastic, choir to come and sing.

The shows we are singing are: Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Oklahoma and Oliver. Rod and Stella Starr will be our Conductor and Accompanist respectively. There will be a rehearsal at 4pm on Sunday June 8^th and a performance at 7.30. Tickets are £5 to sing or listen. It will be covered by a passport ticket but an application will still be needed to be filled in for singers. Application forms are available at present on-line at www.stgeorgesnews.org/wmf and will be in the library and in St George’s in April. Please do “Come Sing the Shows”, the more the merrier.
