Advance booking is strongly recommended. Any unsold tickets will be available for purchase on the evening of the event. Ticket numbers are strictly limited for the first and last Saturdays ("Folk Festival Evening" and "Last Night of the Proms") due to licensing regulations.

Credit card facilities are available only for On-Line bookings.

Evening Concerts

Ticket prices: £5. Tickets purchased in advance include a free interval drink [except Saturdays] (wine, soft drink or tea/coffee). All performances start at 7.30.pm and normally will finish by 9.45.pm.

Scratch Popular Orperatic Choruses - Sunday evening 14th June

Ticket price is £5 for both performers and audience. Children under 16 taking part in the performance are free of charge. The ticket that you can purchase On-Line is valid for both performers and audience. If you intend to perform you will need to complete an application form. Passport ticket

This ticket is available from Saturday 5th April. It gives entry to all evening concerts except Last Night of the Proms on Saturday 20th June. The Passport ticket is priced at £25 which means you get 7 concerts for the price of 5. There is no further discount offered on this ticket. If you purchased tickets on our website prior to 5th April we will exchange them for a Passport ticket upon payment of the difference. No cash refunds will be offered for exchange of previously purchased tickets for a Passport ticket, however we will offer a credit note on future purchases of tickets for the 2009 or 2010 Waterlooville Music Festival. To arrange a ticket exchange for a Passport ticket please email wmf@stgeorgesnews.org quoting your booking reference number.

If you buy a Passport ticket you will need additionally to buy a ticket for Last Night of the Proms if you also want to attend that event.

Saturday evenings, 13th and 20th June

There will be a licensed bar serving a selection of real ales out of the barrel supplied by a local brewery. The bar will also offer red and white wine, and soft drinks.

Lunchtime and Afternoon Concerts

These are free of charge. Excellent value home-prepared lunches will be available for purchase each lunchtime, and tea / coffee and light refreshments available for purchase throughout the day.

Concessions

At only £5 our ticket prices are outstanding value for an evening of quality entertainment and a free interval drink [except Saturdays]. Accordingly, we regret that we cannot offer any concessions or discounts.

On-Line ticket purchases

You will receive an email confirming your purchase and quoting your booking reference number. Simply bring a copy of the email to the event, and it will be exchanged for your ticket(s) which will be there, ready and waiting for you.
