We'll help anyone who needs help and can't obtain it from anywhere else. We cannot help anyone with mental health problems other than slight dementia, as we are not qualified to do this, and we do not do anything involving pushing a wheelchair.

Older people are often a long way away from their relatives, and of course as they get older so their friends become less able to help, so our clients are mainly elderly people.

Mrs G is very unsteady on her feet. We took her to QA, stayed with her as far as the consulting room, and took her back to her flat.
