We don't do things that would normally be done by a professional such as a regular gardener.  We're not a taxi service, but we do take people to outpatients at the hospital or to surgeries if they feel they need someone to be with them and find taxis and patient transport difficult.  We don't take the place of carers, so we don't get involved in medical treatment, advice or personal care.  We're ordinary people and so are not trained or qualified to help in the way that professionals can.
