Tickets are usually collected at the festival venue (St George’s Church) during the Festival week. You can also arrange collection from any of our box offices after 1st May (please contact us), also selected times to be announced at St George’s Church Hall. Or we will post your tickets out to you - the postage and handling fee is £2. Select ‘Optional Postage’

Ticket prices: Evening Concerts [discount price in advance] £8. All That Malarkey, Maury Deans Solent Big Band and Last Night of the Proms £12. Young persons concession £1 (not available for Thursday, Friday or Saturday - under 18 years of age - proof of age may be required at the door).

Passport, includes everything, £40. The passports are great value representing a saving of up to £32. The passport pack will contain a ticket for each applicable concert. If there are concerts in the pack that you cannot get to, then you can always treat someone else by giving the ticket to a friend - all passport tickets are transferable.

An E-ticket voucher is sent by email which will be exchanged for your tickets at the festival door.  You do not need to have your tickets posted out, but if you want them sent to you select “optional postage” which costs £2 for post and handling. There are no added booking fees, prices shown are what you pay.

Tickets purchased On-Line can also be collected at St George’s Church any time during the Music Festival when the festival is open and staffed. Please quote the booking reference number on the e-voucher that will be emailed to you soon after you receive confirmation of your booking. If you have lost this, then please have identification.

All day time concerts are free.

There is a licensed bar offering real ale, wine and Pimm’s every evening. For details of the licensed bar arrangements, please click here.

Our retail box offices are now open. The retail box offices accept cash only, and are located at:

Waterlooville Fruit and Veg (2 Queensway, London Road - Waterlooville Precinct, Town Centre)
Hours: Sat, Tues, Wed: 8am-4pm. Mon, Thurs, Fri: 8am -5pm. Closed Sunday.
Highfield Stores (Highfield Parade Shops in Ferndale) Hours: Mon-Sat 6.30am-6pm, Sun 7am-12noon
Thistle Wool Shop (Cowplain Shopping Centre) Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat: 9am-4.30pm,  Thurs: 9am-3pm. Wed and Sun Closed all day.

Welcome to the On-Line Box Office. Purchase tickets here by a credit/debit card or Paypal. Most cards accepted. No booking fees, advance tickets cheaper than “on the night”. Ticket confirmation sent by email and tickets collected at the festival door.

To use, enter quantity and add to basket the tickets required. Your purchases appear in the top-left hand corner of the screen. To remove an item from the basket enter 0 in the quantity box. Click “checkout” to complete the purchase and enter your card details. On the Checkout page, select “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” further down the screen  if you do not want to pay by Paypal.
After you have entered your card details, and address, you may be invited to open a Paypal account if you do not already have one. If you do not want to do this, click on the “toggle” button alongside the text “Save information & create your Paypal account”

WE HAVE HAD OCCASIONAL PROBLEMS WITH THE PAYPAL PROCESS RETAINING PREVIOUS YEAR’S PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS IN THE “BASKET”. BEFORE GOING TO THE CHECKOUT, PLEASE CHECK THE BASKET HAS THE CORRECT CONCERTS AND DATES (2024) LISTED. IF THERE IS AN INCORRECT ENTRY, DELETE IT BY ENTERING ‘O’ IN THE QUANTITY BOX.
